Agreement to these terms
Dee Next Move Academy is operated by Anesthesia Geek PLLC d/b/a Dee Next Move Academy, led by Dr. DeVontee' Rayford, at deenextmoveacademy.com. By using this site, requesting a guide, joining the email list, or joining the community, you agree to these Terms of Use and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
This is education, not professional advice
Everything on this site, in the guides, in the podcast, and in the community is general educational content and personal perspective. It is not medical, legal, financial, or professional career advice, and it is not a substitute for advice from a qualified professional who knows your specific situation.
Using this site does not create a doctor-patient, coaching, advisory, employment, or any other professional relationship between you and Dr. DeVontee' Rayford or Dee Next Move Academy. Free guides, email, and the community
The free guides are offered for your personal use. When you opt in, you may receive emails from us, and every email includes a one-click unsubscribe. The community is hosted on a third-party platform (Skool) and is also governed by that platform’s own rules. We may update, change, or retire any free resource, email, or community feature at any time.
Our content and brand
The content on this site, including the writing, guides, podcast, design, logo, the Dee Next Move Academy name, and the Decode, Detach, Deliver framework, belongs to us and is protected by intellectual-property law. You may not use our name, brand, or materials to imply endorsement or affiliation, or repackage them as your own, without our written permission.
Links and third-party services
The site links to and relies on outside services such as Apple Podcasts, Skool, Calendly, and others. We do not control those services and are not responsible for their content, availability, or practices. Your use of them is governed by their own terms.
