Dee Next Move Academy is operated by Anesthesia Geek PLLC d/b/a Dee Next Move Academy, led by Dr. DeVontee' Rayford. This site is deenextmoveacademy.com. When this policy says “we,” “us,” or “our,” it means Dee Next Move Academy. If you have any question about your privacy, you can reach us any time at deenextmoveacademy@gmail.com.

Information you give us

When you request a free guide, take the quiz, or send a message, you choose to share details such as your name, your email address, where you are in your career, and anything you write in a message. You decide what to send. We only ask for what we need to deliver what you requested and to follow up.

Information collected automatically

Like most websites, when you visit we automatically receive standard technical data such as your browser type, device, general location, and the pages you view. This comes through our hosting and, when analytics is enabled, our analytics tools, and is used in aggregate to understand how the site is performing. We do not use it to identify you personally.

How we use your information

• To send you the free guide or resource you asked for.
• To respond to messages and questions you send us.
• To send occasional emails with relevant guidance, new resources, and community updates, only if you opted in.
• To understand, in aggregate, how the site and our content are being used so we can improve them.

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to anyone. Ever.

Email and how to opt out

If you join the list, you will receive emails from us. Every one of them includes a one-click unsubscribe link, and you can opt out at any time with no questions asked. You can also email deenextmoveacademy@gmail.com and we will remove you. Unsubscribing from marketing email does not stop direct replies to a message you sent us.

We share information only with the trusted services that make this site run. Each handles your data under its own privacy policy, and only for the purpose listed:

We may also disclose information if the law requires it, or to protect the rights, safety, and security of our users or the public.

We use a small number of cookies and similar technologies to keep the site working. When analytics is enabled, we also use cookies to measure traffic in aggregate. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings; the site will still work. We do not use cookies to build advertising profiles about you.

How long we keep it

We keep your information only as long as we need it for the purposes above, or as long as you remain subscribed. When you unsubscribe or ask us to delete your information, we remove it from our active systems within a reasonable period.

You can ask us to show you the personal information we hold about you, correct it, or delete it. Children’s privacy

This site is intended for working professionals and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 16. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.

Links to other sites

Our content may link to outside sites such as Apple Podcasts, Skool, or social platforms. Once you leave this site, this policy no longer applies. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of sites we do not operate, so review their policies too.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will change the “Last updated” date at the top. Material changes will be made clear. Continuing to use the site after an update means you accept the revised policy.
